CHARLIE HILLS – Managing Director 

Charlie works closely with brands who are looking to make a step change and sees data-fuelled Partnerships as the key to unlocking a brand’s full potential. Charlie thrives on using our unique data and Partnerships Engine to unlock big insights for brands and then developing brilliant partnerships that bring those insights to life – and prove the value that smart use of data and partnerships can bring to a brand’s bottom line. She is an ROI nut.

She is also passionate about co-creation and true win-win partnerships, a skilled facilitator and an innovation champion – always on the look-out for fresh inspiration and new insights. She has worked in the industry for 19 years, across multiple sectors, for UK and Global clients, including O2, McDonald’s, Shell, Nestle, Aviva, Sports England, Fitness First, Boots, Small Luxury Hotels and Vodafone.

Outside of work she can mostly be found enjoying time with her crazy family and 2 small boys, planning adventures around the globe and enjoying the best that London has to offer. She also has questionable taste in movies, a massive shoe addiction, and a chocolate habit.

JO ASHDOWN – Head of Partnerships

Jo is Head of Partnerships. She is an expert in creating high profile partnership strategies. She relishes working with clients and partners to co-create evocative concepts that cut through and deliver outstanding results every time. She is also a detail fiend and a perfectionist, skilled in implementing and executing partnerships across the globe, including management of all operations and legal elements.

Jo is constantly on the hunt to expand our Connect Partner BankTM, which houses and audits over 2,000 brand partners. Jo has worked with and for some of the most well-known brands including HSBC, Bauer, Jaguar Land Rover, 3, Fitness First, Vue Cinema, Sony Movies, Saga, Aviva, ITV, Ford, Reckitt Benckiser, Schwarzkopf, P&G, and Unilever.

Outside of work she enjoys vacations, staycations, stomping over Walthamstow Marshes to find a great pub on the river, cooking (not always a culinary success) and moderately priced white wine. She also has a love/hate relationship with house renovations.

LEONIE WALKER

Leonie is our resident sales promotions, fixed fee, risk management and implementation expert. She is passionate about delivering world-class project management, building strong client and partner relationships, developing and refining partnerships and promotions to drive the strongest, ever better results for our clients.

She is also our master of ProNetTM, our unique promotions and rewards database that houses over 3,000 promotions and rewards results. She works closely with our Data Scientists to unlock insights to drive ever greater results for our clients and partners. She has worked for Mando for over 8 years, across UK and European promotions for brands such as Coca-Cola, Ferrero, Reckitt Benckiser, Schwarzkopf, Henkel and L’Oreal.

Outside of work she adores travel and has just finished a sabbatical which took her around the world, travelling to Singapore, Bali, Australia, Japan, and Hawaii – ask her about her run in with a Crocodile on the beach in Cape Tribulation!  Her passions are food (mainly consuming with some cooking thrown in), sun-seeking, books, fashion and discovering new things.
