Asics wanted a promotion to encourage customers to purchase from their brand to crease at new following eventually leading to repeat purchase. However, the difference with this promotion was that it needed to be viable, consistent and seamless across 15 different European countries.

Consumers who purchased a pair of ASICS trainers could claim their money back if they were unsatisfied with the purchase after a 60-day period.
